I am an engineer in Computational Technologies from Tec de Monterrey, with an MBA. I programmed neural networks. before the AI boom. I have experience ranging from startups to companies like PayPal.
9 years ago, I founded Al Chile Media: over 300 projects in Mexico and the United States, certified partners of Shopify, Google, and Replo. I was the national president of Branch 23 at CANACINTRA.
In November 2022, when ChatGPT came out, I got hooked. I started by wanting to understand how to get artificial intelligence to recommend Al Chile Media. That's when I realized that problem (what is now called AEO) was just the tip of the iceberg.
The deeper I delved into it, the clearer something became: most businesses invest in AI and don’t see a return. MIT confirmed this in 2025: 95% fails. That’s when I founded TRiAGE Business Health, an AI agency that diagnoses before implementing, so that businesses can enter the 5% that actually delivers results.
